**The Delashmit Firm, LLC**
These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messages sent by The Delashmit Firm, LLC
(“the Firm,” “we,” “us”), a personal injury law firm located at 11 S Public Square,
Cartersville, Georgia 30120.
**Program description and types of messages we send.** The Delashmit Firm, LLC sends
conversational text messages to existing clients and to individuals who have contacted
the Firm requesting a consultation, regarding their own legal matter. Messages include
case and settlement status updates, appointment and court-date reminders, requests for
documents or information needed for a case, and replies to questions you send us. We do
not send marketing, advertising, or promotional text messages, and we do not send text
messages to anyone who has not given us their mobile number and consent.
**How you opt in.** You consent to receive text messages from The Delashmit Firm, LLC by
providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at
https://www.delashmitfirm.com/contact/, by signing our written representation agreement,
or by otherwise providing your mobile number to us and agreeing to be contacted by text.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring the Firm or of receiving
any legal service.
**Message frequency.** Message frequency varies. Because our messages are conversational
and depend on activity in your case, the number of messages you receive will differ from
person to person and from week to week.
**Cost.** Message and data rates may apply. The Delashmit Firm, LLC does not charge you
for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply
depending on your plan.
**How to opt out (STOP).** You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP
to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you one final
message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text
messages from us. You may also opt out by calling the office at (770) 341-0559 or by
emailing hunter@thedelashmitfirm.com. Opting out of text messages does not withdraw you
as a client or affect your case; we will simply contact you by phone, email, or mail
instead.
**How to get help (HELP).** Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us
directly at (770) 341-0559 or hunter@thedelashmitfirm.com.
**Carriers.** Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier
and is not guaranteed.
**Privacy.** Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available
at https://www.delashmitfirm.com/privacy-policy/. No mobile information will be shared
with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging
originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all categories of information
sharing described in that policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
**No legal advice; no attorney-client relationship by text.** Text messages from the Firm
are for case administration and communication only and are not legal advice. Sending a
text message to the Firm does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Do
not send time-sensitive or emergency information by text.
